No. Platform fee, factoring fee, and dispute escalation fees are listed line-by-line on every invoice — and on this page.
02 Can I switch tiers mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated to the day; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No call-to-sales gate.
03 Where is my data hosted?
EU only — Frankfurt and Praha regions. GDPR Article 44+ compliant. No transfers outside the EU/EEA without explicit opt-in.
04 Do I need to sign a factoring contract?
No. 24-hour pay is opt-in per invoice — toggle on the invoice itself. No separate factoring partner, no reserves, no recourse paperwork.
05 How does carrier verification work?
Five registries — VAT, sanctions, insurance, bankruptcy, licence — checked in parallel against the live source. Results cached, evidence stored, audit-signed. Automatically re-checked on expiry.
06 Can I cancel any time?
Yes. One-click cancel inside Settings. We will pro-rate the unused portion of the current month back to your account.
