How does 24-hour payment work?
Upload the signed e-CMR after delivery. We verify the proof of delivery and transfer the invoice amount minus a flat 1.6% fee to your bank account the next working day. No factoring contract, no reserves.
What if a shipper disputes the delivery?
Disputes are rare because e-CMR with GPS and photo evidence is attached automatically. If a dispute is raised, our operations team mediates within 48 hours. Escalation fee is 18 EUR per case.
Can I see return loads before accepting an outbound?
Yes. Every offer shows the outbound leg, candidate return loads, and the empty-kilometre exposure. You can accept both legs as a pair or hold the return slot while you decide.
How does cabotage compliance work?
The platform automatically checks cabotage rules for every accepted load based on your operating licence country, the pickup/delivery countries, and recent transport history. Non-compliant loads are flagged before you accept.
