Shipper, Carrier, Load, Transport, Negotiator, and related terms carry the meanings ascribed in the platform documentation.
2. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for keeping verification data current.
3. Limitation of liability
Cargoguid acts as a platform intermediary. Carriers retain liability for goods in transit per CMR Convention.
